Forest Den

One bedroom, a copper bath in the wild, a rooftop terrace with the mountain in view

The Room

Our most private stay. A one-bedroom off-grid cabin set inside the hundred-acre rewilded forest. The cabin is small and well-mannered; the forest does the rest.

A double bed on the ground floor with an ensuite shower. A fully kited kitchen for cabin cooked meals, a sitting room, TV and dining island. A hammock veranda on the front, a free-standing copper bathtub outside in the trees, and a rooftop terrace for sun and stars, with a view to Mount Kenya and the dam.

Self-catering by design, but full board at the Manor is available on request. Guests aged 10+, unless the Manor is taken exclusively.

Off-grid by design, lovingly tended

The 300-acre sanctuary is entirely off-grid. We avoid chemicals, our gardens are organic, and every booking goes directly into preserving the fauna and flora within our borders. Luxury and conservation, hand in hand.
